About Me
As an undergraduate student at the University of Puerto Rico - Mayagüez, currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, I've had the chance to work in research projects for IAP and participate in Programs such as Engineering Pearls. I'm currently part of a multidisciplinary project called Rumarino, in the Embedded Systems division.
I have a love for learning how the world works and have been really interested in technology since I got my very first game console. While i was in my High School years I had the chance to program a robot for a competition and fell in love with programming ever since.
Projects
Rumarino
Runmarino is a project designed for the Robo Sub competition. The team is composed of students from a multiple disciplines. Together we design an Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) capable of sensing its surroundings, navigating through an obstacle course and accomplishing tasks given in the competition.

The team is divided in to divisions that handle different aspects of the AUV's design as well as working with the sponsorship and economics of the team. I currently work under the Embedded Systems division, which handles the interfaces between the software and hardware.
